Mindfulness is a way of practice to be present and fully engaged in the present moment, without judgment or distraction. it is a state of awareness that involves being attentive to one’s mind, feelings, and environment in a non-judgmental manner.

Mindfulness may be practiced thru different techniques, inclusive of meditation, breathing exercises, gratitude exercise and mindful moments.
